I am deeply passionate about leadership and committed to the belief that everyone deserves an outstanding leader. As Co-founder and CEO of FRONT Leadership, I have had the privilege of guiding leaders and organizations in their pursuit of excellence. My work centers around creating transformative leadership experiences that foster growth, resilience, and innovation in today’s complex business environments.In 2023, Front Leadership was honored to receive the Consultant Award for "Exceptional Leadership Development," a recognition that underscores our dedication to shaping the future of leadership. I also founded Norway’s largest leadership development network, report, and conference (TAKE LEAD), which has become a pivotal platform for leaders to exchange insights and drive meaningful change.Through my podcast, Lederoppskrifter (Leadership Recipes), and my role as editor-in-chief for Leadership Weekly, I aim to spark conversations that challenge conventional thinking and inspire leaders to grow beyond their limits. Additionally, I contribute as a columnist for HR Magasinet and lecture at BI Norwegian Business School, where I enjoy sharing my experiences and learning from others.In February 2024, I initiated the establishment of Lederutviklingsforeningen (the Leadership Development Association in Norway), a new initiative focused on advancing leadership practices. This fall, I’m thrilled to be publishing my first book on leadership, co-authored with 39 esteemed researchers, which explores the evolving dynamics of leadership in today’s world.My journey is driven by the belief that leadership is not a privilege, but a responsibility. I strive to help leaders develop the skills, mindset, and empathy required to inspire and empower those they lead.
