IT SupportMy main focus today is to develop, operate, maintain and educate the use of all Berghs’ IT systems, including online platform used to teach web-based courses and customer relationship management system. In the last 6 years, I have strategically relocated our IT systems to the cloud, where Google for Education, Canvas and Salesforce are our predominantly used IT systems.Google for EducationBetween the years 1998 to 2011, I was the system owner of FirstClass but chose to completely switch over to Google for Education, a transition that I coordinated and I am currently an administrator for over 2,000 accounts in our Google domain.SalesforceI am system owner of Salesforce at Berghs and develop new functionality, train users, and create integration to external systems. We use Salesforce for Administration, Marketing Automation and Analysis. I lead and coach Bergh Super User group whose aim is to give all departments a first-line support.My working method is agile since I work closely with all users at Berghs. I establish methods, evaluate proprietary function and external Apps, both from Salesforce Canvas and Google. I negotiate with third party to create additional functionalities and new services when needed.Learning Management System - (LMS)We have been using online education system since 1999. Since 2016 we now use Canvas for all of Berghs courses and programs. My main focus is to advise teachers and provide support to students and course participants and I lead and coach Bergh Canvas Super User group.I am entirely responsible to integrate Canvas with our system. I am part of the team at Berghs to implement Blended Learning for all of our educational formats.TelecommunicationsI am in charge of the operation and maintenance of Berghs’ telecommunications system which is based on PBX from Avaya, and corporate subscriptions from Tele2.

As a store manager for an Apple Retail Store in Akademibokhandeln at Stockholms Univarsity to universities, colleges and students, I led a team of 8 employees - sales representatives and support technicians and negotiated with suppliers, as well as held the responsibility of the marketing activities. I received during these years a broad experience in leadership, sales, and not least, a deep knowledge of Apple products.

I began working in a bookstore from my deep interest in literature. Towards the end of my work at Akademibokhandeln, I was responsible for Akademibokandeln’s department in Computer Science, Economics & Business, Law, Science & technology.
