After working extensively on core business processes, I took the challenge to venture into technology domain. Passing CISA opened up the opportunity as IT SOX Auditor with Logitech.At Logitech, I have exclusively worked on ITGC controls covering major domains like Access Management, Change Management, Data Backup & Recovery and Password Configuration . I have also worked on automated controls of Oracle Application.My transition to Senior Analyst came with additional responsibility in planning & assisting SOX Audit , reviewing Control Workpapers & guiding team members in completing the SOX controls.I have also created Dashboard in Data Analytics tool -Tableau to facilitate efficient and speedier review of Oracle Automated Controls. I also have working knowledge of SQL.I have assisted in Operational Audit assignment in preparing Tableau Dashboard for continuous monitoring audit projects.In 2021, I moved to Operational audit domain, focussing on review of core processes like procurement, sales incentive program, sales & marketing expenses, employee expenses. I helped management identify major flaw in sales incentive program which led to financial exposure of $665K to the company.I also oversee the continuous monitoring audit program , where 4 team members report to me & the final report is send to Senior Manager for review. Other Activities:-I was also involved in hiring and recruiting by conducting interviews for prospective candidates for SOX and Operational Audit roles.
