I coordinate the sourcing and development of a set of components forming a part of the electrical system in the truck series recently introduced to the market.

Responsible for driving a supplier developing the main hub in an electrical platform project.

Initially PC-Kano was an innovation company with main focus to build linear power amplifiers based on a circuit design that according to my patent advisor was unique enough for a patent application. However the funding was not strong enough so I shifted focus to consultancy.

I built the development organization and had full responsibility for the employees including salary reviews and personal development plans. I was part of the executive management team.

I started as HW designer and evolved into system design and project management. During the later years I was commercially responsible for in-house development at the Gothenburg, was part of the local management team and worked with recruitment.

Embedded system development mainly for functional prototypes for use in vehicles.
