Main responsibilities: • Working as part of small and large teams, reporting to Partners, Principals and Directors. • Supervising, coaching and development of junior staff, including involvement in graduate recruitment and induction. • Analysis, preparation and review of key transaction diligence information, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows and net debt. • Analysis of key technical accounting issues impacting accounts of transaction target, e.g. software revenue recognition issues under UK and US GAAP. • Drafting of diligence reports, and liaising directly with client on reporting and specific issues. • Preparation of pitch/proposal documents in conjunction with other service lines, and engagement set-up.• Coaching and development of junior members of the team and review of their work. • Ensuring appropriate integration of other work streams into the diligence process, including Tax and IT.
