As a Project Manager for the "100%Fish" initiative, I am dedicated to realizing the potential for full utilization by creating high-value products from previously underutilized byproducts.Over the course of the first year, I am proud to share that we have successfully developed scalable technological solutions and a market-ready product, positioned for commercialization.

I led a project aimed at extracting value from waste within the aquaculture industry. By transforming waste into high-value products, we aimed to achieve both economic gains and environmental benefitsThis encompassed leading process development, securing funding, managing project finances, negotiations, testing, analysis, intellectual property rights (IPR), business modeling, and encompassed market and customer aspects.

As an incubator leader, I facilitated the growth of early-stage companies by guiding and managing the incubator program. Additionally, I led a transformative re-launch of the incubator, establishing a new profile, name, framework, and team. This strategic overhaul, including a new business model and enhanced resources, resulted in notable performance improvements.Together, we cultivated an enabling environment, connecting start-ups with experts, mentors, and networks, which expedited business model development, product innovation, and navigating start-up challenges. The result was a thriving ecosystem that significantly enhanced growth opportunities for local start-ups.

In my role within the tech transfer office, I played a pivotal role in advancing the commercialization of cutting-edge research. As part of Siva Innovation Center, I nurtured an innovative ecosystem for 50 businesses, elevating the SIT brand through strategic development and executing engaging events. Additionally, successfully organized and managed the important annual event, Næringslivsdagen Nord, dedicated to fostering business growth in Northern Norway, and recognizing achievements of local companies
