Managed the Bank's core production support group comprising of Technical Analysts,that is responsible for providing 24/7 support for the mission critical applications - Core Banking, Treasury System (Murex), Payment Systems and Trading Systems, covering UAE and International Branches.Responsible for maintaining the SLA with the Business units for the offered services by proactive incident management and an effective change management for major deployments and releases and ensure that KPIs are met. I have built efficient support models using a combination of in-house and outsourced resources. Successfully integrated service desk as a logical extension of the application support team, thereby achieving a very high rate of first level resolution of incidents. The group manages 40+ applications, and with efficient support models and by promoting cross-skilling, is well placed to meet the growing organizational demands in the application support space.I had the overall accountability for Disaster Recovery readiness, successfully managed the Bank's mandatory DR exercise in 2012 and 2013. I was also accountable for risk mitigation with respect to application related vulnerabilities and security risks.

Lead the technical support team responsible for 24x7 support of the Bank’s Core Banking System – Intellect, Treasury systems– Murex and Midas, Image Cheque Clearing System and Anti-Money Laundering SystemAs technical lead for the Comprehensive Treasury and Market Risk project, I managed the implementation of Murex, which replaced the legacy treasury system.

Provide technical and Business support to the Treasury system - Midas, support of Core Banking and various core banking Interfaces, Internet Banking system, A/S 400 System administration responsibilities.

Lead a team responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and support of the Bank’s Branch Delivery System – BEAM across 65 Local Branches, 30 Head Office departmental areas and 5 International Branches with 1500+ users.As stream lead for the Core Baking project, I managed the migration of Core Banking interfaces to the new Core Banking environment
