I have experience conducting investigations into a variety of accidents and serious crimes to promote community safety, in compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures. This included managing accident and incident scenes, collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses and suspects, and cooperating with other units and external stakeholders. I also have experience in drug and alcohol testing, and adhering to workplace health and safety and equal opportunity regulations. Additionally, I have experience performing a range of frontline policing duties in high-pressure and complex situations, including serving as a first responder, incident controller, and forward commander as required.

I have experience supervising and conducting scenario-based training and assessments for the WA Police force. This includes ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, monitoring training to ensure adherence with academy expectations, facilitating the learning process, conducting quality assurance, and managing resources. I also have experience researching training design and safety standards, and applying organizational skills to manage unit resources in accordance with WA Police Force policy and governance requirements. Additionally, I have experience identifying, managing, and resolving safety issues in a high-risk and complex environment and ensuring continuous improvement and management of WA Police Force driver training techniques and equipment.
