In my role as Strategic Business Relationship Manager for KinderCare and Children’s Creative Learning Center business units, I was responsible for leading IT prioritization, portfolio management, delivery management, solutions development, and program/project management for each of those business units.

Percipio is a Portland-based business process re-engineering, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and technology integration company. Held Program and Project Management roles related to IT system strategy, selection and implementation.

Norm Thompson is a multi-brand, direct to consumer (catalog) and e-commerce company with revenues of $175M. It operated a 400 person call center, a distribution center shipping over two million packages each year and four brick-and-mortar stores. As the Head of IT and member of the executive team, I oversaw a team as large as 29 resources and managed a budget of ten million dollars.

Held multiple technology related roles in this business consulting firm. Highlights included engagement as a turn-around Program Manager for a distressed $15M lease origination application for a $1B financial services company. Acted in a Technical Architecture role designing software in Java and C++. While in a business development role, sold the companies first ever SAP implementation.

For a number of years, developed software for a Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 organization for state-of-the-art flight simulators for military aircraft. Most of my aerospace career was dedicated to the B-2 Stealth Bomber and C-17 military transport aircraft flight simulation units. Required a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
