CBA is a manufacturer and distributor of multiple craft brew brands including Kona, Widmer, Redhook brewing nearly 1 million barrels of beer each year distributed within the Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler network.Head of IT and member of the Senior Leadership team, primary accountabilities included IT Strategy, Business Alignment, Technology Roadmaps, Budgeting, Business Prioritization and Relationships, Enterprise Architecture, Data Security, Vendor Sourcing and Management, and Sarbanes-Oxley/PCI Process Compliance.Initially hired as an IT consultant to assess the IT organization and develop strategies to resolve vital IT system and service challenges and build a strategic plan to ensure alignment with enterprise goals. Post that engagement, was hired as the Head of IT for Craft Brew Alliance and successfully executed that strategic plan.Key accomplishments:Established a multi-year IT strategy and technology roadmap. Successfully stabilized IT systems, resolved critical data issues, and transformed IT service levels. Systems selection/ implementations of supply chain, warehouse management, custom wholesaler portal, data warehouse/amalytics and business intelligence, EDI , CRM, accounts payable, restaurant point of sale, financial planning, brand web-sites.Implemented many HR systems such as employee collaboration (intranet), time tracking, document management, enterprise training, benefits, performance planning, talent acquisition, employee onboarding/offboarding.Personal productivity implementations of Office 365, WebEx, Sharepoint Intranet, BYOD.Infrastructure transformation including shifting to off-site hosting facility, upgraded Wi-Fi and network, shift to SD-WAN, virtualized servers, replaced aging back-up systems.Roll-out of ITIL framework for service management.Accountability for IT Security involving the def'n and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley and PCI compliant processes, methods, policies and procedures.Agile methodologies
