The one thing I learned as a Facility Operations Manager & Teaching Professional, was understanding and exceeding the needs of both the people I served, and the people who worked with me. Managing the needs of hundreds of people with several different backgrounds, ages, and personalities took a lot of patience and understanding. I am very grateful for the challenging opportunities that improved my customer relationship skills.
