As Concierge I performed customer walk-throughs to fully demonstrate and explain all interior and exterior features of RVs and their included systems. This is a focused, one-on-one customer engagement that sometimes lasts several hours and is the final step between sales and finalizing the purchase of a RV. I continually re-educated myself on new RV models and systems to support a well-rounded knowledge base in preparation for my next customer engagement. Following a customer walk-through, I coordinated with the sales and service departments for the repairs of deficiencies/additions of upsells that I and the customer had identified on RVs just sold. After the sale, I continued building on relationships with customers by fielding technical questions and acting as a liaison to service and sales departments when needed to result in a positive business outcome. When not actively engaged with a customer I was self-motivated to aid the team in meeting monthly incentive goals. This includes exercising additional skills such as minor RV repairs, detailing, and lot organization to aid the sales and service processes.
