Project includes a complete roof replacement, MEP and FP replacements, finish upgrades and the addition of a classroom and gymnasium. Finished 9 weeks ahead of schedule while maintaining the original GMP.Hutchinson Elementary School additions and renovations ($6.78MM) for Atlanta Public Schools. Includes a complete roof replacement, a new front entry expansion with new elevator and misc. MEP, finish and exterior upgrades throughout.

Project Experience Includes:Woodward Academy, Jane Woodruff Hall - Project Engineer on $22MM phased demolition, renovation and ground up build of the upper school building (Jane Woodruff Hall) and several surrounding buildings of the Woodward Academy Campus for support work on an occupied campus. The project included a geothermal well system. The project also included installed 20 trailers (cottages) and decking system for overflow classes while the building was being constructed.Trinity School - Senior Project Engineer (Assistant PM) on $4MM renovation of the existing school and build-out of a shell space on an occupied campus that included night work. Decatur High School Phase 1 - Project Manager on $14MM addition and renovation which included converting an existing cafeteria into a band suite, and tying a 3 story ground up building with new cafeteria, kitchen, labs and general classrooms into an existing building, all on an occupied campus.Decatur High School Phase 2/3 - Project Manager on $19.5MM addition and renovation that included labs, general classrooms and a new media center as well as a complete removal and replacement of over 100,000SF of ceiling tile in an existing building for a sprinkler retrofit. The project included selective demo of existing stair towers that were undersized and rebuilding and tying into the existing building over a summer break. The campus was occupied and involved several phased relocations of faculty, students and staff to complete the project. Project included an extensive site work package and underground detention systems.Tuskegee Airmen Global Academy - Project Manager on $27.6MM, 107,000 SF ground up elementary school for Atlanta Public Schools. Includes a new Gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, admin spaces, general use classrooms as well as STEM labs playgrounds and parking lot. Project includes extensive site work package and underground detention systems.

Received 2 Navy Battle E Ribbons, Navy Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.Overall responsible for the ships magazine sprinkler system operation and maintenance, oversight of the ships armory including all small arms and associated munitions and all yearly divisional maintenance requirements.
