Lead the Youth Development Operations Team, which oversees BGCA's Virtual Club Experience, Digital Youth Engagement, Product Management, Grant Management, Evaluations and Insights, Knowledge Management, and Field Communications functions to support 4K+ Clubs serving over 4MM+youth in cities, towns, public housing and on Native lands throughout the country, and military families in BGCA-affiliated Youth Centers on U.S. military installations worldwide.

Established first virtual charter school and largest public school (25th largest school district) in Georgia, enrolled over 14K students in grades K-12 and provided exemplary individualized educational experience for all students.• Built school from first employee to team of more than 600 teachers and staff and developed high-performing leadership team of over 50, almost all grown from within organization through coaching, leadership training and development programs, building a clear culture focused on student success.• Operated 10 consecutive years w/o deficit despite receiving only 40% funding of other Georgia public schools by growing and managing $85M+ annual budget of state and federal funds.• Increased student diversity with 66% low-income and 48% minority enrollment by maintaining annual waiting list of more than 2K students from all 159 counties across GA.• Achieved highest graduation rate for any virtual charter school in GA, including 4-year graduation rate of 85% for students enrolling at GCA as 9th graders through school culture focused on student success and outcomes.• Retained students at rates 10% higher than any other virtual charter school and similar to comparable traditional brick & mortar schools by creating programs focused on onboarding and retaining students.• Drove engagement and persistence of students and families in academic programs by developing Family Academic Support Team (FAST) program and staffing model.
