In last decade we have been successfully in building and growing TechnologyOne’s’ Education business across the globe including Higher Education (Universities), TAFEs, and K-12 (Schools). This includes prominent logos such as TAFE QLD, Victoria University, Dundee University, University of Exeter, London School of Economics, Department of Defence and the University of Melbourne. A key part of my role is to develop and grow new and existing executive strategic relationships with customers, prospects and industry to understand their business strategies and drivers so we can influence our solutions to assist them meet their objectives. As the Research and Development Manager of Student Management, I was responsible for the development and support our Student Management Product to existing customers. I reported directly to the General Manager of Student Management and regularly engaged with TechnologyOne Executive in high level software design sessions. I lead and managed the largest R&D Team at TechnologyOne, including Functional and System Architects, Project Managers, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, Testers and technical integration staff. I was responsible for the ongoing development of the product and roadmap. I engaged regularly with senior levels of University and TAFE customers including large user groups to ensure the product was aligned with their requirements. I also supported Sales activities of the product s to ensure deals were successfully won.
