Facilitate induction training programs for newly hired staff posted to Woolworths Supermarket stores in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The 1 day induction program would cover the topics listed below. Manual handling training (Move for Life) program was also held during the induction.- Woolworths Code of Conduct- OHS Basics - Food Safety - Customer Service - Loss Preventions - Company Culture On the job training conducted at the local lead store running staff through the practical application of their job duties, paying particular attention to safety and customer service.

Woolworths Eastland was the lead store in the region due to profitability, presentation and personnel.
