I joined RV Depot in August 2021. RV Depot is a leader in BHPH (Buy Here Pay Here) RV sales. My responsibility was to build a new side to the business from the ground up. We are now a dealership that offers traditional financing (indirect lending through outside banks) added to our "in-house" financing model. We now have relationships with numerous banks as well as the ability to add backend products like extended warranties and GAP coverage. We have also set sales records in September, October, November and December 2021.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

In my role as Market Manager, I had full sales, operations and P&L responsibility. I took over a struggling market and quickly solidified the team by creating a culture of customer first and teamwork. My team responded well to the direction and in a years time we went from one of the bottom markets in the organization to Market of the Year in 2020. Some of the highlights my team accomplished were:#1 Year end NPS (Net Promotor Score) of 66Year End Net Revenue of $33.6m on a budget of $29.4m...Increase of nearly 11% over plan.Year End Profit of $6.2m on a budget of $4.2m...an increase of +$2m to plan and over 149% to plan.Awarded Market of the Year in 2020 Promoted several employees to management roles during my tenure with the organization.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

I was responsible for the energy sales and operations in the Texas Market. We sold energy service B2C and B2B in all areas of Texas that were not part of an existing coop. We were also a leader in selling home warranties to consumers to help correct their homes and appliances.
