Current● SCCM and Microsoft Active Directory admin● Mac system Admin (Imaging Macs, troubleshooting)● Building Mac packages and scripts using JAMF● International tech support (Via MS Teams and TeamViewer)● Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, Azure, etc.)● Providing remote and onsite technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat● Maintaining and updating IT inventory, documentation, and policies● Implementing and enforcing security measures and best practices for IT systems and devices
