2024 - Over the last 4 years i have been fully focused on learning all that i can about both the Azure cloud platform and the NHS National Tenancy, and utilising the functionality available in those platform to deliver robust and secure solutions whilst also maintaining a great user experience. 2O19 - one of my main focuses over the past five years has been delivering Microsoft and VMware BasedTechnologies. I have an excellent understanding of all infrastructure functions. I have significantexperience in designing and implementing platforms required for resilient, high performance and agileenvironments, such as Software Defined Datacentres, SQL Always On Clustering and DeviceManagement / Software Delivery Platforms such as SCCM. I have completed ITIL Foundation training.I am an extremely self-motivated individual, driven to achieve the highest results. I am quick to learnnew technologies and gain a detailed understanding of approaches required for an optimum design. Icurrently work amongst multiple teams where my role is to actively communicate new technologiesbeing implemented for support through Business As Usual function.I host group training sessions to handover the knowledge required to maintain systems. I manageprocesses from design stage through to implementation, lead discussions with external suppliers,conduct cost analysis to secure best value for money and service support and present the optionsavailable to the Senior Management Team. I manage the process through to handover to theappropriate teams, including high level, low level and physical design documentation.I trouble shoot complex issues covering a variety of areas, as they arise, including server, network andsoftware. I use my ability to analyze the information presented to determine a speedy and efficientoutcome with minimum disruption to service. I am incredibly persistent when presented withproblems, and do not stop until a solution is found.
