Reporting to the Global Head of Attraction and Hiring delivering strategic TA change programs focussed on Target Operating Model and the integration of the Credit Suisse MSP operation following the merger of the two banks.- Undertook a deep dive into existing TA operations, across people, processes and technology, providing recommendations for a future state TOM designed to embed much greater proactivity into all recruiting activity.- Developed the business case for change to engage an outsourced RPO provider to deliver a talent pipelining solution targeting key engineering skills aligned to Group Technology’s workforce strategy.- Delivered the Group Technology talent pipelining balanced scorecard, supporting the assessment of potential RPO partners, - Supported all solution design relating to the proposed outsource, agreeing an over-arching framework and securing business approval to proceed. The program was ultimately placed on hold upon the acquisition of Credit Suisse 6 months into the project.- Upon the acquisition of Credit Suisse undertook a thorough overview of their MSP contracting operation, reviewing organisational structures, technology and processes with a comparison back to UBS. Identified opportunities for UBS to derive enhancements in an integrated future state model.- Prepared a detailed project plan to govern the MSP integration, liaising with internal stakeholders with respect to HR systems, vetting and onboarding to secure sign-off to the proposed integration approach.- Prepared the overall program risk rating, developed plans to mitigate and oversaw governance to the early phase of integration.- With the integration project plan delivered, handed off to the incumbent UBS On Demand Workers team and incumbent MSP to deliver the integration.
