As Managing Director of LMS Security, my focus is to drive the business strategy, whilst working with all departments to ensure customer-focused growth. Most of my time is dedicated to looking at how we work with new and existing customers to ensure maximum value for all involved. As we continue to grow, I also get to be closely involved in the journey of bringing highly talented people into LMS Security and helping our people achieve their goals and continue their development.Ever keen to learn, I obtained a degree in Management Science (BSc) from the University of Kent in the UK and I recently had the opportunity to become CCMP (Commercial and Contract Management) certified. Between these qualifications and combined with over 10 years industry experience in account management, business development and management roles, I have developed a broad understanding of business operations, leadership and strategy.I am proud of what we are building at LMS Security and excited to see what the future brings as we continue to drive industry standards and delivery forwards through a brilliant team of outstanding people.
