Kept on doing quite a bit from my engineer role, but also I started to act more like a big shot and think proper strategic about stuff. Benchmarked us against the best frameworks (I'm writing ISO27001, NIST CSF, Cyber Essentials so that I show up on searches)Wrote 5 year roadmap & strategy aligned to the company strategy. It's fun trying to align the goals.

Created my own security alerting using event.

Biggest things were automating our backup checks with powershell (saved us an hour every day) and leading company wide training sessions for cyber security and skype for business.
