Working as a sales assistant, I gained first hand experience of dealing with customers face to face. I had to make sure I provided them with the best possible shoe and making their shopping experience great.

I gained the opportunity to move forward from an apprentice to a part time coach at PH Sports. The responsibilities increased as I had to take P.E lessons on my own without supervision, as well as breakfast and after school clubs.

I first started off at PH Sports Coaching as an apprentice. My day to day role was to shadow other sports coaches while conducting my own lessons from time to time within primary schools. When not teaching, I had to prepare lesson briefs and risk assessments.
