My role supports our primary lenders with the end to end home buying process, ensuring we have the most capable and personable lenders to support our customers with their home related goals. My geography covers Regional Queensland from Toowoomba to Cairns and the Northern Territory

My banking career started as a school based traineeship where I gained on the job experience as a member of a telling team whilst completing a certificate 3 in Business. I was successful gaining a permanent role upon my completion of high school and have learnt a number of retail banking skills including building customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and providing a range of premium banking services including complex home lending, general insurance and account opening. I have also served as an Assistant Manager across 2 branches which entailed providing support to my immediate Manager and influencing outcomes for fellow staff. From demonstrating these skills I was selected by ANZ to participate in a 12 month internally run development program which builds skills and supports development for future Branch Managers. I was successful in obtaining a Branch Manager role whilst participating in this program

Leading a team of 8 customer focused bankers to achieve outperformance and to execute ANZ's strategy. Throughout my time in role, my teams have performed to a high performance and have been recognised as top 100 performers within ANZ branches across Australia. I have built and maintained strong relationships with both internal and external business partners and have provided exceptional customer service assisting customers with their banking needs in their entirety.
