I have the privilege of serving as the planting pastor for a church plant in the wonderful city of Portland, OR. We desire to provide a spot at the table that can help every man, woman, and child to embrace the message of freedom and family found in Jesus.

* Recruit leaders to join us at the Table* Coach, equip, and foster leaders and culture* Host and lead one day workshops* Lead learning cohorts for those starting missional communities and planting churches* Think through new initiatives and work on seeing them become a reality along with the broader leadership team

• Proactively connect with customers to gain an understanding of their needs and ensure they understand and find full value of our products and services• Work with customers to successfully implement services• Proactively connect with customers throughout life cycle to maximize customer ROI• Maintain effective communication with clients, sales executives and other sales support team members

• Maintain positive and professional relationship with clients• Manage technical service requests and ensure timely resolution of customer issues• Maintain accuracy of client data through data management and data auditing• Identify and understand client business needs and provide best practices• Act as a fiduciary for our Envestnet clients• Work with our product management and development team to provide and document customer feedback and requests when necessary• Highly proficient with using Portfolio Center, Advisor Rebalancing, Advisor CRM and Advisor View as well as Microsoft Office Suite

• Trained and equipped national church planters in India.• Oversee church planters through equipping, training, and discipleship of local leaders geared towards the establishment of healthy church formation.• Perform pastoral care duties, including individual and group counseling, encouragement through proper biblical guidelines as well as prayer support.• Coordinator of short-term mission teams that involves recruiting, training, and overseeing of all team members and working schedules.• Regularly preach and teach at local churches.• Meet bi-weekly with team leader to receive coaching and mentoring
