The Australian Program Manager is the executive responsible for the management of Habitat for Humanity Australia's (FFHA) Australian Program. This includes responsibility for working with HFHA's State Affiliates to develop and coordinate programs nationally, the delivery of programs/projects through innovative external partnerships, achieving compliance with Australian and industry standards and developing and managing relationships with key internal and external partners.

Responsible for the Habitat for Humanity NSW's Disaster Response Project. The project was successful, positively impacting the lives of over 30 families affected by the disaster over a 6 month timeframe.

Hunter Pacific Executive is executive recruitment firm servicing the Sydney and Melbourne tele-communications and financial services sectors supplying financial and information technology personnel.

Reporting to both the Chief General Manager Information Systems and the Group Human Resources Director the project brief was to establish and implement a management process for the redeployment/release of 150+ IT professionals with expected annual cost savings of approx. A$5million.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the project brief was to manage the customisation and implementation of a new financial and management information reporting system (Navision), including all relevant process re-engineering and integration of legacy front-end systems.

Reporting to both the Chief General Manager Information Systems and the Group Human Resources Director the brief was to develop a process to identify and re-deploy approximately 80 IT resources that were excess to company operational requirements resulting from a joint venture agreement between Allianz Australia and HIH Insurance.

Seconded to Adecco UK from Adecco Australia, the project required the design, build and implementation of a management information data warehouse system. The project was part of a global initiative to replace all existing financial accounting systems with Peoplesoft.
