• Designed, fundraised for, and implemented a three year, $1.5 million state investment strategy, and a two-year, $1 million investment strategy to support state voter registration, Get Out The Vote, experiments, and.
• Designed and oversaw the annual issue and electoral campaign planning process for twenty state affiliate organizations.
• Maintained a regular one-on-one coaching schedule with fourteen state-based executive directors to help them improve their executive leadership skills.

Ran a $1.5 million state-based nonprofit convening, policy, and advocacy organization. Managed a staff of six full time employees, and six contractors. Responsible for raising the annual budgets, overseeing all programs, and creating the organizational strategy.
