Responsible as Project Manager for a portfolio of schemes ensuring that company and client expectations are exceeded during the design and delivery phases of the project process. Key team leader ensuring that roles and responsibilities of all members of the team are clear and delivered effectively. Ensured that ECI is implemented efficiently with client as required.Responsible for client interface and delivery to programme, budget and safety KPI. Initially responsible for tender operational delivery on the majority of the schemes in a tendered works environment. Ensured that schemes were delivered to maximise profit whilst delivering value to the client budget through effective cost and value controls.Primarily employed to develop and implement a robust programme ensuring that delivery to programme, budget and safely was maintained.Lead key structures and track interdisciplinary design and implementation phases for recent NEP schemes on Phase 2 and 3 ensuring that design buildability and detail selection give value for money to both May Gurney and Network Rail.

Responsible as Head of Examinations and Projects Team for delivery of a robust tendering strategy and business development to increase the turnover of an expanding engineering team within the company. Managed the performance of the department to ensure that budgets, programme and safety was improved on a variety of rail engineering and examination contracts.
