Having the opportunity to launch broadband, as part of an industry challenging triple play bundle, at a renowned brand such as Foxtel, simply does not come around all that often.Hence when I was approached to drive the launch of broadband and voice with marketing and operations, taking the lessons from managing an established broadband base into building a new customer-focused product, I could not pass it up.
