The typical roles that we placed were; Quality Managers, Quality Engineers (APQP, PPAP, PSW, FMEA , 8D, etc), Quality inspectors (FAIRS, etc), Manufacturing Engineers, CMM Programmers (PC DMIS , MCOSMOS, CAMEO, OGP, NIKON, LK DMIS, AXEL, etc), CNC Programmers (5+ axis, Edgecam, Delcam, Mastercam, etc), NDT Engineers (all levels), Project Managers and Project Engineers to name a few. I also specialised in providing interim solutions to busy Supply Chain and Third Party Logisitic's companies. The roles that were most popular were: Transport Managers, Transport Supervisors and Transport Planners ( experience with systems such as GTS, PARAGON, ISOTRAK, CLAWS, etc).

I was responsible for the day to day calls for customers who pay by direct debit. I was also responsible for managing customers with SMART METER Technology and also customers (REG PEND)who have recently joined ScottishPower within the last 6 months.The role also involved dealing with complaints and escalating them when needed as per the complaints guidelines.
