As the primary liaison, and Trident management representative to the client management team/s, I am accountable for the planning and delivery of contracted services, scope, specification and key performance indicators. I introduced and facilitated innovative security technology solutions to acquire and retain clients. I built business critical relationships to pursue complex sales opportunities and increased the likelihood of success by building a high value pipeline as well as qualifying and preparing tenders.

I provided strategic and operational leadership to ensure MSS Security was recognised as a leading aviation security screening organisation, making valuable contributions to the Department of Home Affairs Industry working groups and relevant aviation associations as a key contributor of the Aviation industry. Key highlights of this role included leading all aspects of business planning and forecasting, budget planning and management, monthly business reviews, compliance with Aviation Security Notices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and reporting on market movement and penetration opportunities. I also grew the national aviation portfolio to over $90m and generated significant revenue growth.

This role involved managing a multi-million dollar business portfolio, and successfully leading MSS Security SA to become the largest security company in the state and the first security company to win a state-wide contract with SA Health for major health care facilities in SA. In addition to winning major security contracts with Flinders University, Adelaide University and TAFE SA, I established the MSS Training Academy for security personnel within SA, introduced Maybo patient support training for Health Care security personnel, and established a separate workforce through business partners to respond to patient care services for SA Health. I also led, coached and developed SA/NT management and a team of 550 security officers, receiving the MSS State of the Year Award in 2010.

I managed the aviation portfolio at Adelaide Airport, successfully retaining a lucrative contract with a major client (TXU), winning a multi-million dollar contract with Hansen and Yuncken for Adelaide Airport construction security work, and expanding the total portfolio each year. I was also accountable for regular contract review meetings and corrective actions, staff recruitment and performance management, labour cost control and service delivery innovation.
