I worked directly with regional operations managers to source and hire exceptional talent for our different locations. I processed and reviewed employment applications to evaluate qualifications and eligibility of applicants. My work was conducted in a remote atmosphere while collaborating with colleagues across various departments.

I managed all program logistics, including transportation, staff scheduling, program budget, and served as a main point of contact for any emergency situations. I conducted staff training for new employees and managed an international team of leaders from around the world.

Each year at EF Academy, colleagues from across the globe come together to "Kick-Off" the upcoming year together. My job as the Kick-Off Event Manager was to help facilitate and manage this annual event. I worked directly with our team in Zurich to plan, prepare and execute this 4-day conference from the initial planning stages through its completion. I negotiated contracts with our supply vendors, sourced event spaces, collaborated on marketing efforts and coordinated the logistics for the conference. This year our event was held in Pasadena, California and consisted of 120 colleagues from over 25 different countries coming together to celebrate the groundbreaking for EF Academy's newest location.

With sweeping mountain views and cooling ocean breezes, the golf course and clubhouse is your ideal venue for parties, weddings, social and corporate events.As the Operations Manager at Palmer Sea Reef I was responsible for executing the day-to-day operations around the club while ensuring a high quality experience for all of our clientele. I organized multi-day golf outings, dinner parties and social functions for our members and guests. I supervised inventory control, sold club memberships and provided exceptional customer service.

EverBank, now TIAA Bank, is an American diversified financial services company providing banking, mortgages, and investing services. During my internship in the Asset Management Division at Everbank, I analyzed financial information and input data into internal database programs for our Risk Management advisors to assess. I collaborated with senior managers on presentations and constructed weekly reports for portfolio analysts.

Closely examined currency markets, evaluating trends and assessing data. Examined different investment portfolios under wealth management and took part in staff meetings to review economic effects on markets.
