I was first in my family to go to university. I chose the major Barbie thinks is hard that is not something about Ken. I chose the most difficult major I could think of because if I was going to go to university I wanted to learn, not get a fluff degree. Plus, I kinda liked it. Then I worked for over 25 years with only a few missed days due to ambulatory pneumonia, adult onset chickenpox, birth of child...death of child. Sorry I am such a slacker. I am functional in three languages to where can live, including a language that uses "squiggly lines", and I am working on a fourth. I am self-taught in piano and guitar to where I could now perform an amateur concert at company xmas parties. And I can sing songs in four languages. I can probably also drink you under the table. I have been to now 20+ countries as a solo traveler. I have walked by mosques and in places where car bombs have been set off a month after I left. I have successfully traversed harried bus terminals in Myanmar, ridden the crowded ferries you read about after they capsize and sink.
