Including the development of scripts, procedures and training documentation for regional colleagues. • Refined the configuration, deployment and documentation of the WSR standard for terminal services and member servers available to eT4L migrated schools.• Identified and implemented a solution to address a weakness in the way team members stored and accessed data relevant to I.T. within schools:• Developed and tailored a private Wiki (ICTWIKI) and basic remote site monitoring to replace an aging database program and inconsistent file shares.• Managed, configured and deployed Dell Open Manage Essentials (OME) and HP Intelligent Management Centre (IMC) 7.0 designed to monitor and update all supported servers and switches within the region.

• Managed the wireless network consisting of an Aruba Wireless Mobility Controller, 25 switches, 70 Access Points. • Managed 4 servers, over 820 laptops and over 300 computers, including feats such as deployment of the largest rollout including 198 laptops in under 4 business days. • Developed, maintained and managed several data backup systems. • Managed the printing solution replacement and upgrade project - over $120,000 worth of hardware, including configuring a dedicated virtualized Windows 2008 print server. • Managed the upgrade of Blaxland High School website, electronic notification and Moodle systems.• Developed documentation referencing all technical aspects within the school; including troubleshooting and disaster recovery guides.
