The business prides itself on Quality, Design and Service.I started in the family business back in 1994 on the shop floor, over the period of 10 - 12 years I gained hands on experience in manufacturing, installation and sales - before taking the reigns of the business in a senior management position.

Started working at Broadland Windows aged 18. General office duties along with helping in the factory to gain experience. Moved to production manager after a couple of years and learnt all aspects of manufacture and production at the front end, working to deadlines and product improvements. all in a busy factory environment. Promoted into the front end of the business and experienced 2 years sales to domestic part of the business, an enjoyable time meeting prospective customers. From there, became a member of a 3 man senior management team running the business whilst the owner gradually retired. Eventually became MD in 2010 and together with my other directors we are currently in the midst of a MBO.
