The majority of this project was programming in Python and R to obtain and clean data, before using established tools such as BWA and SRAToolkit to align the acquired CHiP-Seq data to the human genome, before performing Differential-Binding Analysis and Machine-Learning algorithms to the data with R packages DiffBind and VULCAN.
