Providing owner's representative services for the $4 billion redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport in Queens, NY. The program includes a new terminal building, demolition of existing structures, upgrades to utility and roadway infrastructure. Responsible for the following: -Oversight of geotechnical investigation and construction of temporary and permanent pedestrian bridge structures, in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. -Writing approval letters, subcontractor approvals and change orders for new electrical substation and underground electrical infrastructure projects -Preparing and distributing meeting minutes for weekly construction operations meeting -Compiling information for weekly report and generating construction look-ahead presentation for airport community -Coordinate, review inspection paperwork, schedule and attend inspections -Assemble and distribute daily material inspection notification, for entire LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment, for Port Authority of NY and NJ Material Engineering Unit Acted as STV Inc.'s company Issuing Officer (liaison between airport security office and STV Inc. employees). Responsibilities include: -Preparing documents for application and renewal of Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badges- Organizing and maintaining files for quarterly audits- Schedule appointments for fingerprinting, training courses and distribute pertinent security information/protocols to staff
