GM Account Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.

Validate quality system audits and perform shipping audits. Collect data for customer and verify corrective action plans for external customer escapes, prepare customer returns. Ensure ISO compliance. Interpret specifications and blueprints. Act as customer liaison for product quality issues. Develop, maintain and implement quality systems procedures and work instructions in compliance to customer and regulatory requirements
