Responsible for all sales activities and personnel of King Filtration, Fox Filtration and Filtration Technologies divisions. Implement aggressive growth plans for all three divisions while overseeing the sales aspects of the business plans. • Implemented sales plan and budget for 2008 and through 2014 to account for an overall growth of 25% to 90% annual growth depending on the specific division. • Refocused sales personnel to focus on multi-year contract related sales and to grow our business not only with current customers, but also to target (A) customers who we were not currently doing business with. Reorganized our sales teams to focus on industry specific business instead of following the previous geographical approach of the sales teams. Identified and implemented changes to sales teams to allow for a stronger team and a more organized approach to sales.• Sold the new sales approach not only to the executive group but more importantly to the sales personnel. Effectively communicated the plans, the reasons for change and the reasons for implementing certain strategies to increase business.
