Worked with the customer to develop a transition plan and team to support the continued sustainment of an ACAT-III Air Battle Management legacy software system through end of life, while leading efforts to define requirements, architecture, and modernization of tactical applications to meet end user needs.

Co-founded the Software Development Unit (SDU) to fulfill capability gaps in support of new customer requirements. Served as the product owner for multiple teams, provided oversight in the management and direction of the group, and worked with stakeholders to expand our capabilities and capacity.

Oversaw three teams with 20+ members in support of sustainment engineering and integration efforts for an ACAT-I Air Command and Control Software System. Responsible for alternating destructive and cybersecurity quarterly releases in order to maintain the systems Authority to Operate (ATO).

Managed the construction, refurbishment, and upgrade of drilling management systems. Worked with stakeholders to coordinate endurance and acceptance testing before moving into production.

* Worked with lab technicians daily to test column jackets for three different modes of failure; vertical integrity, torsional integrity, and weld integrity* Quarantined parts and pulled jigs off of the production line in the event of any failed parts, as well as started investigations as to why the parts had failed and then presented those findings to the line’s lead quality engineer* Organized and classified end of line scrap information for the last 7 months of production and started testing column jackets with known defects in order to decrease the total end of line scrap

Glas-Col Project:* Designed and manufactured a multi pestle homogenizer for tissue sample mixing* Developed UI system to run through a mixing, rinsing, and cleaning stages* Worked closely together with Glas-Col engineers as well as having weekly meetings to discuss project’s progress and design concepts* Kept detailed records of all requisitions, part files, and parts list in a portfolio for Glas-ColSpecialty Rims Project:* Designed and manufactured a linear actuating system in order to move sensors into contact with various sized rims to test roundness* Implemented a control system to automatically move sensors into contact and back to a zero point* Worked together with two interns to design the testing and data acquisition system
