I grew up in a small town of Brocton, NY. Located South of Buffalo. After graduating high school in 2003, I went on to attend both Jamestown Business College and SUNY Fredonia with a major in Computer Science Information Technology. Unfortunately, I did not graduate. I moved home to pursue a career in my family's small business, a pizza deli, Cave's Deli. This job became my life. I started as a delivery driver and eventually became the manager after my father retired. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to close our doors over a year ago. Luckily, I was not out of work for long. I started up quickly with the company I am with now, 21 Brix Winery. Originally I started at our tasting bar and am currently working both the bar and production. I have many roles here and very much enjoy them. I am involved in the whole process from bringing the grapes in, to harvest, to eventually turning those grapes into wine, selling and discussing them with customers.
