CurrentEmployed as VP of Sales, managing both the national sales and customer service teams (Sep 2017); promoted to VP of Commercial (Jul 2018) with additional responsibility for marketing and New Product Development (NPD). Strategic leader for directing the company’s sales, marketing, customer service, and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. Currently overseeing the national sales and the customer service teams to steer multiple channels including National Accounts, Industrial, C-Store, and Broadline distribution. ◘ Lead the overall marketing initiatives by directing the rebranding efforts of National Steak & Poultry, Hausman Foods, and Boyles Famous Corned Beef into a consolidated national brand.◘ Devise and execute robust strategic marketing initiatives including sales tools to drive new business. The tools include Point of Sales (POS), website development, and trade show materials.◘ Steer the New Product Development (NPD) efforts, working closely with R&D to drive new products for customers’ custom protein needs across all facilities, from conceptualization to commercialization.◘ Extend the NPD process across all three facility cultures into a cohesive working model.◘ Interact directly with customers to understand their vision for their operations and executed on that vision through salesand R&D.
