[Summer Intern Project]Teamed up with other interns to optimize the manufacturing process of zippers at plants of YKK Taiwan in Taoyuan City. We visited the plant to understand how the production line of plastic zippers works, and tried to figure out where any inefficiency exists. By discussing with project mentors and senior executives, we summarized our ideas and presented our solutions in front of senior executives for their reference.
