Building on seven years of teaching in KS2, I work with children 1:1 and in small groups to supplement their learning in school and increase their confidence in English, Maths, Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning. My driving force is pairing each child's interests with their learning to bridge their skills gap using fun techniques and activities that they really engage with. I’m happiest when:- Transforming a student's approach to learning- Working with parents to support them and their child's needs- Experimenting with new activities and techniques to teach key skills- Collaborating with each child to get the best out of every session- Watching my students build confidence week by week.After a busy day, I love to watch a good movie, play sport or cook a delicious meal
