Specific focus areas include: * Cloud Native Applications Networking and Security - Develop solution architectures that deliver application performance, security and reliability for microservice/containerized applications deployed across private and public cloud. * Cross BU Reference Architectures – Promote collaboration across VMware business units and assist in developing architectures that leverage capabilities of diverse product lines to deliver cohesive “better together” value proposition. For example – combining NSX-T distributed firewall micro-segmentation with Tanzu Service Mesh application and API security features to deliver “defense in depth” policy enforcement for zero trust access. * Multicloud Future State Architectures - Collaborate with customer IT leadership and key TDM's to build a technology roadmap utilizing VMware networking and security solutions that align to a customer's current and future business objectives. Identify critical VMware solution gaps and provide feedback to product management to drive new features and enhancements in product roadmap. * SE Mentoring and Development – Active member of SE advisory council tasked with enabling VMware systems engineers on the fundamentals and value of consultative selling methodology as it relates to solution adoption, consumption, and subscription renewal.
