As Project Coordinator I was responsible for providing construction and project management support for a multiphased $150+ Million development of seven buildings in the span of 11 months. I worked with a large project team in an efficient manner while learning and growing. I ensured client satisfaction through detailed scheduling, weekly and monthly executive reports, and large scale cost reduction purchasing methods. Furthermore, my team was able to maximize job profitability throughout this project at a record high.

As a Project Technologist I had multiple responsibilities. I maintained software updates, in house IT support, software troubleshooting I estimated all structural steel quotes for review to clients in the form of a project bid. I also assisted in the overall bids for entire pipeline and facility construction. I was the Assistant Supervisor on site, creating all field tickets and on site orientations, working under site sup managing all job costs, relaying data and information to main office. I Read and interpreted multiple Pipeline and Facility Construction drawings. I was in charge of the Transportation department, monitoring all trucks and equipment. I followed all hours of service legislation with our drivers to ensure they met government regulations. I retrieved driver logs then assessed and trained where needed.
