I have worked in the transport industry since 1994 for BOC & Wincanton (chilled distribution) in Shift Manager roles prior to working for Dawsonrentals Truck & Trailer. I had numerous roles whilst at Dawsonrentals as Branch Sales Manager at 3 separate branches, Operations Manager at 2 separate branches and Regional Operations Manager for the 10 Nothern branches and finally in my last role as National Compliance & Administration Manager. I was at SHB Hire Ltd as Depot Manager at the Carrington Depot for 15 months before joining STC Group as Business Development Manager in May 2017 based in Stockport. I recently joined Salford Van Hire as Site Manager for the brand new HGV Preparation Maintenance Centre site after redundancy from Rivus Group (formerly BT Fleet) where I was the Senior Garage Manager. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience from Rental, Maintenance, Sales, Account Management, Transport Logistics and Operations and I’ve also passed my National and International Transport Manager CPC.
