Key member of senior leadership team which is responsible for the rapid growth of the company by successfully pivoting the business from a service orientation to a product led scalable venture.Responsibilities and achievements include:• Building, managing and mentoring an exceptional team• Leading, inspiring and performance managing individuals in respect of their personal motivations and internal mental systems• Re-design of operational processes for business scaling including approaches to: ○ Product Management ○ Engineering Management ○ Project / Implementation Management ○ Capacity Management• Implementation of AGILE product development processes and supporting systems• Creating a culture of customer excellence and best-in-class product development optimised to maintain market fit• Development, implementation and measurement of current business strategy and risk management• Lead role in developing new business opportunities and strategic customer relations• Lead role in the certification of the business to IiP Silver, ISO27001 (Info security), ISO9001 (Quality Management)
