Started plumbing in 2007, working on the Gold Coast for The Plumbing Doctor where I complete an apprenticeship. As well as a trade, I learnt about the importance of customer relations. To me customer care is now one of my biggest needs in any business. I left plumbing in 2013, as I decided learning another skill was necessary.I started working for Ozzy Solar, in july 2013, for customer service, and ensuring installations were done correctly. A few months later, a few changes in my position, from sales, to installation manager, where I ensured all gear was in stock for pending jobs, sending stock with installers, ensuring customer care. I soon moved to general manager, where I was able to implement systems, write job descriptions, and ensure day to day running. I left Ozzy Solar in august 2014.I am currently working on my own business, as well as writing a book, based on the life experience I have gained throughout my journeys. I believe I can help more people through words then any other way. My goal in life is to help as many people see the good in any situation and be happy.
