Melbourne Brick was founded in 1988 and I remain as passionate about the business as I was in the first years of operation. Like any business we've faced challenging times along the way, but whilst tough, I believe I am a resilient person and am also highly competitive, so I'll always push myself through. I love working with our staff to help them grow in their roles in what can be quite a complex business at times. We have thousands of individual products, and thousands of transactions every month. And I know that every one of those transactions is a customer that we have to satisfy and delight. I'm constantly listening to business experts, keeping an eye on trends, and continue to try new things every time there is an opportunity to do so. It is how we've stayed ahead of the competition and grown to become the leading brick, paving and landscaping retailer in Melbourne.
