Creative lead for user focussed presences, content, and communications to aid recruitment and reputation for the University. The role includes conceiving and leading new digital projects, sourcing contributors and capturing and editing video, audio, photography and copy for targeted campaigns, develop new web design concepts to advance user experience, and identifying content needs and producing them to be relevant, shareable, on-brand.Key to the role has been matching creative content creation with data informing what the content is, how it's created and how it's accessed by the user.Achievements:• Led the new design of the University's front facing website and key user journey areas, including course pages.• Led the user experience prototyping, testing, and development of the University's web presences.• Led the design and production of digital presences, advertisement graphics, and video content for a Clearing recruitment campaign which exceeded recruitment target by over 25%. Campaign selected as a finalist in the CIM Marketing Excellence Awards 2016.• Open Day design and user experience project boosts on page user behaviour over 50% across the board of bounce rates, exit rates, time on page and engagement.• Devised concept and led design and production of digital presences, advertisement graphics, and video content for a late recruitment campaign.• Initiated, developed and created content project achieves over 20,000 organic views to become the most visited area. Using data to identify needs, I scoped out requirements, sourced imagery and wrote content.• Targeted user experience development improves site use by 10%. • Production editor for print and digital projects, including student life guide for 3,500 new starters. • Produced video series to bring relevance to the work of the university: This included talks such as What the Game of Thrones can teach us about leadership.
