I love stories. Well, the stories that engage and resonate at least. The ones that inform you, surprise you in a good way (spoilers!) and generally make an impact. The others? Not so much.I believe the story of your products and the people who use them - is the key to making something the best it can be. I'm inquisitive, I always have been. And across user experience design, journalism, marketing and communications, and digital transformation, I build effective relationships to dig deeper so I can better understand, shape, and influence design to fix user issues and deliver on new opportunities. I also help nurture the adoption of user experience research and design.
